Returns & Exchanges

At Ministry of Supply, we stand by the performance and quality of our scientifically-designed apparel. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at a designated location.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box and attach the prepaid label.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
